Daily Activity #4 (englis ver)

assalamualaikum... 

back again with me with all the activities we (2A) did in the kitchen, we continued, on 30 January 2020 that place Thursday was the last day of the first week of our practice and will go back to the theory week, today me and my own friends will finish from preparing for what we did yesterday. today we do open restaurant / open order, with American breakfast menu and Indonesian breakfast, in my previous blog, I have explained what breakfast is with a deeper explanation.


today our menu is Indonesian breakfast and American breakfast, and the types of products on the menu are;

Indonesian Breakfast
- Nasi Goreng with ayam ungkep 
- Mie Goreng with sate daging
- Bubur Ayam

American Breakfast
- Bread section
- Omelette with sausage and bacon 
- juice/slice friuts 
today the group continued preparing yesterday because the rest of our finishing was only the remainder of frying. 

after that I was given the task to make tea or coffee, after finishing I continued to make slice fruits, what are slice fruits? I will be clear in advance what is slice fruits slice fruits are pieces of fresh fruit that are usually present at the breakfast menu because it functions as fiber. after making slice fruit. For this slice fruit, I use watermelon and melon. The following is a picture of a slice fruit.
after making slice fruits I help my friend to make omelette with sausage and bacon.

after all of the food that we made, we also open the restaurant. After we have received the order, we also immediately provide the food according to the available orders, the food sold out, we rest and then continue general cleaning. after general cleaning we go home 


Chicken porridge is one type of porridge food from Indonesia. Rice porridge is rice cooked with plenty of water so it has a soft and runny texture. Porridge is usually served hot or warm. Chicken porridge is served with sliced chicken with some seasonings, such as soy sauce and sweet soy sauce, pepper, salt, and sometimes chicken broth. Chicken porridge is suitable for those who don't like spicy Indonesian cuisine, because porridge is generally not spicy; chili sauce or chili sauce is served separately.

 satay is a food made from meat that is cut into small pieces and stabbed in such a way with a stick of coconut or bamboo leaf bone sticks then roasted using charcoal wood embers. Satay is served with a variety of seasonings that depend on variations of satay recipes. Meat used as satay includes chicken, goat, lamb, beef, pork, rabbit, horse, and others.

Satay is known to originate from Java, Indonesia, and can be found anywhere in Indonesia and has been considered as one of Indonesia's national dishes. Satay is also popular in other Southeast Asian countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines and Thailand. Satay is also popular in the Netherlands, which is influenced by Indonesian cuisine which was once its colony.

Fried rice is a food in the form of rice which is fried and stirred in cooking oil or margarine, usually added with sweet soy sauce, shallots, garlic, tamarind, pepper and other spices, such as eggs, chicken and crackers. There are also other types of fried rice made with salted fish which are also popular throughout Indonesia.
