Assalamualaikum...

 Back again with me and my story in the kitchen hopefully can be useful for everyone in the future.  today, February 11, 2020, precisely on Tuesday the second day of the week of practice, today we will do the finishing from the results of the preparation we did yesterday.  And today we also open an restaurant.

 Today my group and I make shrimp bisque which acts as a soup in the rotation menu of this material, shrimp bisque itself is a thick soup made from self-fish or seafood.  And I also make garlic bread as a companion rather than the soup itself.  I will explain garlic bread first, what is garlic bread?
 Garlic bread is toast spiced with garlic.  The common ones are used as good side dishes for appetizers and soups, besides that garlic bread is also usually used as waiting food in the a'la carte menu.

 I will explain how to make garlic bread

 Material:
 - French brrad 3 fruit
 - 50gr garlic
 - Parsley 30gr
 - 300gr butter
 - salt to taste

 How to make:
 - Sliced ​​thin slices of french bread
 - Chop the garlic and parsley until smooth
 - Mix salt, parsley chop and garlic with butter until blended.
 - after well blended, apply on bread.
 - After that, baked in the oven for 15-20 minutes.


 



 


 After 11:00 WITA, we also have an open restaurant and the products we made are ready to be ordered.


 


 


 



 After the food was sold out, we also took a rest after that we continued to prepare for the menu the next day.  After preparing we also do general cleaning after that go home.
